This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Support Worker for a National Charity in the Portsmouth area including Waterlooville, Havant, Fareham and Gosport. You will be required to provide assistance with personal care and other daily living tasks to service users within their own homes, to work with each individual service user to maximise their independence and choice. Whilst working in partnership with service users encouraging choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation. You must be flexible to work early mornings / evenings / weekends. Own transport Essential. £6.14 per hour 20% enhancement for evenings / weekends 25p extra per hour after qualifying for NVQ 2.
