Your role as R&D Manager will be to motivate and manage a team dedicated to the development of a world leading product from an electronic, real time software and mechanical perspective. You will be at the forefront of innovating and developing a range of next generation products to maximise potential commercial growth within this niche market sector.

You will be driven by success and in the achievement of excellent design and quality within product development; you will be solution driven and possess excellent commercial awareness.

Technically you will have experience of Real-Time C/C++ Software Development, Linux for real-time applications, Digital Hardware development and hold a relevant qualification in Computer Science of Engineering. Experience or people and project management would be essential for the position.

The company is paying a salary circa £55,000 plus excellent benefits including bonus and pension. There are excellent career opportunities within the business your next career move within the business would be to Technical Director.
