An exciting newly created position for an administrator job based in Guildford, Surrey.
Working for a division of an international business, this is a newly created job to work within an office of 10 people, within a site of 100 people. The role will be based on reception so will need someone to meet and greet clients on arrival, answer some phone calls but also look after the office administration. This will include: typing up letters and typing minutes from meetings occasionally, processing invoices, franking post, opening and distributing post daily and cover junior staff within the accounts section when they are on holiday.
An understanding of word and excel is needed for this role, but training will be given on excel for future development.
To start ASAP and will interview next week.
