Hello. My name is Richard and I have set up a website to tell you more about the cottage we are offering to a suitable couple, in return for caretaking at my mother's house.

The total outgoings for this cottage would normally be in the region of £1000 per month; however we are prepared to allow you to live there COMPLETELY FREE if you can contribute by helping us around the house and grounds (we already have a cleaner and a gardener).

The cottage is completely self-contained and is set in the grounds of a mediaeval water mill, where my mother lives full-time and I live for part of the week. Our main reason for offering the cottage is to have a couple who can act as caretakers when I am not there.

The location is very rural and secluded, but only four miles from Alton, eight miles from Farnham and eleven miles from Petersfield

The cottage was totally re-fitted in 2008 and includes:

* An en-suite bathroom and WC
