Community Systems (Part of Tom Boo Group) is a government funded training provider with over 18 years experience of delivering high quality results in the world of employment training, qualifications and guidance.

Due to expansion in the South East we are seeking Learner Outcome & Tracking Officers (Job Brokers) to work in our Isle of Wight Centre responsible for the day to day running of Tracking, Job Search, Exit & Aftercare for the Learner.

The main scope of the role will be to maximise the job achievement of our learners by managing an effective job and work placement brokerage service and to track clients who do not achieve jobs whilst on our training programmes and motivate them to continue job searching once they have left.

The role also involves maximising job retention amongst successful clients and running job search workshops for ex-clients. The successful candidate will be liaising with local employers and building relationships, both locally and nationally, to assist our learners in securing employment.

We are looking for people who are target driven,good communicators and show empathy towards learners who may have language and literacy limitations. You will ideally also be working towards an advice & guidance qualification.

Knowledge and experience of the needs and problems of the long-term unemployed is desirable.

Ideally the right candidates may have worked in recruitment or for Job Centre Plus, as they must have a comprehensive understanding and awareness of the employment market.

Driving licence and own transport is highly desirable.
