Registered Nurse
A Registered Nurse RGN is required to manage this 2* rated 20 bed service for the Elderly in Fareham, Hampshire.
As the Manager of this service you will manage a team of Care Assistants and take responsibility for the day to day management of your staff and the home. You will take responsibility for the clinical aspect of this service in addition to the recruitment, training and development of new staff and the current team. You will be able to demonstrate an exemplary level of service at all times.
To be considered for this job you should ideally be a Registered Nurse (RGN) and have a background within caring for the Elderly.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary with a 40 hour working week between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday and free car parking at the home address.
