Vane Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading communications company to find a Site Recruitment & Training Manager for this dynamic company.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Co-ordinating recruitment and training needs for projects
* Responsible for management of RTM’s workload and performance
* Development of RTM’s
* Responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are maintained
* Effectively communicate and implement strategies within team
* Management and co-ordination of NVQ’s

The ideal candidate will have:

* 12 months call centre management experience
* 6 months recruitment and/or training experience
* Excellent communication and motivational skills
* Commercial understanding
* Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
* Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
* Flexible and positive attitude

Hours: 9am-5.30pm with flexibility needed
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 inc bonus
