A room has become available to rent from July 4th in a clean, modern spacious two bedroom house. I am looking for a ONE professional to rent the room for initially 6 months with the view to extend if we get on.
The house is decorated immaculately and has a double bathroom, broadband, washing machine, garden etc. The double room is fully furnished and has a tv and dvd player included.
I have two very cute and clean cats. I am not looking to share with couples just another professional like myself. The house does not come with allocated parking but you can park in the street. Unfortunately I am not looking to host overseas students for the summer period.
