Vane Recruitment are working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading TV broadcasters to find candidates to place in a dynamic team within this company. You will be responsible for taking a range of inbound calls, from booking an installation to re-arranging an installation date. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, IT skills and previous customer service experience.

Hours: 8am – 11pm on a rotating shift pattern
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £6 per hour plus commission

Job Summary:

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Liaising with both customers and engineers
Promoting additional services
Administration and data entry
