We have a mid-terrace house in the lovely rural village of Rosneath on the West Coast of Scotland. Village has shops, churches, library and a primary school. Secondary school pupils are bussed into the town 14 miles away. Nursery located about half a mile away in neighbouring village.

Three bedrooms plus a seperate dining room we are using as a fourth bedroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one double (which overlooks the rear of the house) and two single bedrooms (Both looking out to the front). Bathroom with electric shower is also located upstairs. Downstairs is the living room (with solid fuel fire) dining room and kitchen. Rear garden looks out over the stream and woodlands. Garden has raised decking, raised planters, shingle, and a workshop/shed (approx 16' X 4'). To the front of the house is a small fenced garden laid with shingle, with a flower bed immediately under the living room window.

We really want to move back to south Hampshire, particularly Gosport or Fareham. Need a minimum of three bedrooms, but four would be even better.
