I have one room in a house of 5 to rent for the summer; June, July and August.
The other housemates are 4 lovely young ladies and they would like to share with another female.
The house is clean and tidy with cable tv, wireless internet and a phone line.
The entire house was refurbished last summer, with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and new furniture.
The bedroom is a very large double, fully furnished at the front of the house with double glazing.
£312 per month plus bills.
