We're looking for a mutual council exchange: Our 2 bedroomed Maisonette in Portsmouth City Centre for a 3 bedroom property, most areas considered.
We're close to Health Centre, Schools & Shops. Less than 5 minutes walk to Fratton Road shops and less than 10 minutes walk to Commercial Rd and shops.
Double glazed and GSH. In a block of Maisonettes on 4th floor with lift & stairs access. Quiet area. Plenty of local parking on road and some off road parking with permit.
