Bright good size single room, or large double attic room (for two sharers or couple) available from 2nd May (this weekend). Single is £70 per week, double is £120 for two people (two single beds but could be pushed together) including bills except telephone.
Broadband wireless, Sky, dishwasher, washing machine, on-road parking (no permit needed) etc.
House is a family house, would suit professional(s) or considerate student(s)! You wouldn't be expected to stay in your room - you'd be welcome to share the whole house, and we would like a housemate rather than a lodger - i.e. someone who we can really get on with. We have a cat, and you must be a non-smoker.
Sorry, no DSS. Two weeks deposit, one month in advance. Prefer long term let, but may consider a few months.
