A well established and well respected company is currently recruiting for a Commercial Support Engineer to join their team to be the interface between sales and operations to ensure that once the business is won the clients receive a high level of service and provide the technical and commercial support that they need through the process.

The Commercial Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer calls are directed efficiently to the right people, qualify fully their requirements and provide quotations for work. You will also attend and arrange client meetings to agree terms and conditions and timescales and follow up on enquiries and keep client files up to date.

This role requires a strong commercial/sales background supported by a strong technical background ideally with an engineering related qualification, any knowledge of EMC or testing would be advantageous. It is essential that you have excellent customer service and facing skills.
