Once lived in the house last year so its very good student accomodation compare to most other student house...1st to view will love it..
The house is very close to local shops, Asda, Farmsfood and bus routes, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the University or 5min walk to get free University bus.
Deposit = £250 per person 1month rent / £250 per person. Rent is paid per term month in advance either cheque or direct to landlady account please.
