I would like the property to be part-furnished to include all white goods and a double bed, Double Glazing & Gas Central Heating and would prefer an Outside Space, garden or balcony. Parking would be great too, dont mind if its on the road...

I would keep the place clean, and tidy and would always pay my rent on time and in full as I am myself a landlord, so understand the importance of a reliable and trustworthy Tenant.

I will not entertain anyone who is an "oversea" landlord, and expects me to carry out money transfers or a viewing. DO NOT WASTE MINE OR YOUR TIME!
