I have a spare large, light and airy bedroom, at back of house, very quiet, to rent.

Ideally I would like someone who perhaps work nights and can be prepared to sleep in the day while I come in and out and do housework etc. So needs to be a sound sleeper.

I go to bed early at night because of work commitments so it would ideal for me if the person was out at night.

Washing/ironing and one evening meal included if required.

Room has double bed, bedding, pine chest of drawers, wardrobe, computer desk, use of applemac computer, internet, small colour tv and virgin tv, landline phone.
