This role will see you accountable for the conception, production and delivery of high quality ITS project designs to not only meet, but also exceed our client's expectations. A technical authority in your specialist area you will be responsible for the commercial performance of projects to ensure a cost effective delivery to an agreed programme. You will be required to establish plans and requirements by ensuring suitable resources are in place. You will provide a visible and tangible leadership to staff.
 
A Chartered engineer with an Electrical, Electronic or Civil Engineering degree you will have significant higher-level experience, alongside an excellent working knowledge of relevant standards and Highways Agency communication systems. You will be commercially aware and able to demonstrate experience of design and implementation of multiple concurrent projects over a range of values.
