Our Client a leading and expanding banking contact centre is looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals to join their inbound call centre based in Sedgensworth.
This role offers a great opportunity to build a career within banking or to gain excellent experience within a reputable company.

Two shifts are available
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5pm - 10pm plus 4 hours on a Saturday.
or
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5pm - 10pm plus 4 hours on a Saturday

JOB ROLE:
• You will be dealing with general banking enquiries.
• You will deal with a wide variety of banking queries from setting up direct debits to investigating payments on accounts.
• You will be offering products and services relevant to the customer to better enhance their banking needs.
• You will be working to targets and working as part of a team.

Candidates must have own transport due to lack of public transport.
