I am looking to rent an unfurnished property with a garden in the Southsea area (pref Craneswater region). Ideally the property would have two bedrooms but I am happy to consider a one or even three bed! Decor must be of a very good standard and the property must be located in a quiet residential area. Access to parking (on or off street)is also required.

I have been renting for ten years and have excellent references. I am in full time employment with a Portsmouth based company and can provide evidence of my income.

I am looking for a long term let, however understand that many Landlords like to start off with a six month tenancy agreement which is fine! I am able to commence a tenancy from around Sept/Oct when my current tenancy expires.

I do have a very well behaved six year old cat who is house trained and does not scratch furniture! Access to a garden is therefore essential.

Would also consider house share with one other as long as I have a private bathroom.
