As a key member of the Management team, you will responsible in maintaining the standards within our restaurant. This will be achieved through positive leadership and a can-do attitude.

Having the skill to run our kitchen, in the absence of the Head Chef, the ideal candidate is confident, fully hands-on, highly motivated and has great attention to detail. You must understand what it takes to maximise the guest experience through exceeding their expectations.


Required Experience

To join us you will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. 1 year previous relevant management or supervisory experience is a prerequisite for this role.
All candidates must be available in the UK for interview & trial and
have an EU ID or a fully valid work permit.
