Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday although you may be required to work slightly different hours if special campaigns come through , there is a possibility with new campaigns
Salary: 16k salary guaranteed for the first 3 months after three months will fast track to a better position as account manager basic will be£15k ote20k although uncapped will have the opportunity to progress thereafter an as quickly as previously.

Positions: permanent
Duties will involve
Working within operations dealing with a wide variety of projects could work on 3 projects a week.
Making outbound calls to business customers mainly although may have the occasional campaign that is business to consumer using a telephone and diary system (no diallers )
You will only be on the telephone for 3 hours a day calling and lead generating for the client the remainder of the time will be spent researching the clients and reporting back on successs and objections
Speaking with professional decision makers and building relationships with them very quickly
Responsible for having a conversation with them and marketing their clients services , show the benefits to the customer and arrange an appointment or generate a lead for your client to follow up and hopefully close the sale
Responsible for calling clients back that you are unable to reach first time and building relationships with those who have not taken your offer previously.
Supporting this with administrative duties - sending literature and confirmations
Working to targets
Within this position you will be fast tracked to Account Manager after 3 months of the above allowing you more responsibility and more earning potential
As an account manager you would still be responsible for the above however you will be given the responsibility and ownership of a select few accounts which only yourself will work on. You will be responsible for speaking directly with your client to inform of how well you are doing, give statistics and discuss and objections you will also send them a report weekly with your statistics. There may come projects where you will need support from a telemarketer which you will be responsible for managing and motivating to get you the results.
Skilled Requires
Previous experience within sales telesales or telemarketing
Previous experience of working to targets
A resilient person who can overcome objectives and rejection
A professional individual who has the ability to hold a conversation with a business customer and market products.
