hello I am looking to further my career, I currently have worked in a nursery for just under 3 years and am a respite foster carer for an 9,11,15 year old. I am looking to be a full time nanny or teacher assistant or a room leader. I dont mind what area I go into but i feel as though i am ready for the next stage. I have checkable references,crb,first aid, food hygiene. . I have gained a lot through working in a nursery, on how to communicate with people/parent carers etc and children effectively and I have very good listening skills.
