Leading Aerospace organisation require an experienced HR Advisor to join their expanding team in Hampshire.

This role is to provide HR Advise and support to an engineering business spread across 3 UK sites. Ensuring policies and process are implemented effectively in line with business object ivies. Responsibilities will include resourcing; employee relations; managing disciplinary, sickness absence and capability cases; training and development; succession planning; remuneration and pay; benchmarking; expat co-ordination.

Candidates MUST be willing to travel to Hertfordshire once a fortnight.

Candidates must have Recruitment and Disciplinary experience as well as experience with Microsoft packages. Ideally candidates will be grad / part CIPD qualified. Desirable experience will include suitable post-CIPD qualification experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a unionized manufacturing / engineering environment. Should have some experience of recruiting professional staff, giving career advice, counselling employees and analysing statistical information.
