Hello,
I've got a double room available for the month of August, it is spacious and is appointed with a wardrobe, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. The room is on the first floor of a nice 5 bedroom house in Southsea, really close to the bus stop, Fratton station and Albert road. Parking is fine and if you have a bike you can safely lock it in the shed in the back garden with an easy access through a back gate.
There is also a basement useful for storage. The house during that month will be occupied only by an english and a dutch girl.
The bills are not included, but they will be equally divided by five and they will include internet, broadband and cable tv with a wide choice of channels.
