We are Mark and Jo.

We have a nice and tidy room that we are looking to rent, the room has a double bed, wardrobe and tv with freeview. We also have Wi-fi that can be used.

The house is 5min walk to Northend shops and bus stops.

We are in the process of updating the house,so renting the room to help with fundings.

We both work full time, including some weekends so only around in the evenings.

Person must like dogs and cats, we have 2 small dogs and a cat.

All bills are included expect food and telephone.

Rent is £200 pcm. We would require 1 months rent and £200 deposit upfront.
