Massage and Holistic treatments by qualified Holistic Therapist :

Swedish Body Massage £25.00 (60 minutes)
- The manipulation of the body's soft tissues to release muscle tension using traditional massage movements. Can help those with poor circulation and is reputed to help reduce cellulite.

Aromatherapy Massage £27.50 (60 minutes)
- The use of essential oils combined with gentle massage to relax and treat a variety of conditions. Oils are selected for their therapeutic qualities and masculine/feminine scents.

Indian Head Massage £15.00 (30 minutes)
- A traditional technique used to relieve stress and tension in the upper back, neck, shoulders and scalp. A gentle facial massage is used to complete the treatment. Can be perfomed with or without the use of essential oils.

Express Foot / Hand Massage £10.00 (20 minutes) -
An effective and relaxing massage of the Feet (and lower leg) OR Hands (and lower arms). Ideally suited for people with limited time or impaired mobility.

Hopi Ear Candling £25.00 (45 - 60 minutes) (Thermal Auricular Therapy)
- Hopi Ear Candles are named after the Native American tribe who first introduced this gentle therapy to the West.
- Ear Candles are an ancient, mild and natural therapy which have been used by civilisations throughout the centuries.
- Ear Candles are reputed to help with the treatment of Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Earwax, Earache, Headaches and Migraines. Benefits may also be gained by those suffering with Vertigo, Meniere's Disease, or by those who dive / fly regularly.

All treatments are carried out with the utmost confidentiality and a full consultation will be given before before your first treatment.

I believe in taking a "holistic" approach towards my clients - which means that I treat each individual as a whole, taking into account their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

I work from home and have a modern and comfortable, first floor treatment/therapy room. I also work from a local Natural Health Clinic (limited availability).
