I am looking for professional/student female sharers, preferably!

I have 2 bedrooms available in a 3 bed terraced house which is double glazed with central heating. One bedroom is the largest one at the front of the house and the other over looks the garden. Both rooms have just been decorated in white and each room has a wardrobe and double bed. The smaller one has a new mattress and black out curtains, as it is a south facing room. It is light and spacious. The larger one also has a comfy chair, desk, mirrors and a bookcase. The house is fully furnished and is a great condition. Very Stylish. There is a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside there is a small sunny back garden with a washing line and seating. The kitchen has just been fitted and has a washing machine, fridge, microwave and cooker (freezer in hall way). The house is close to local shops and about 10 minutes walk from Fratton station and Albert Road and has free parking outside.

The larger room is £95 per week and the smaller one is £80. (*)This includes council tax, gas, electric and water. The deposit is a months rent and the rent is payable monthly in advance. References required. I'm sorry but no couples nor smokers.
