My client, a well known and respected local employer is recruiting for the job of ledger clerk. This position reporting into the Financial Accountant involves both purchase and sales ledger.

Duties and responsibilities will include matching, batching, coding and processing the purchase ledger and dealing with all related queries and reconciliations; process the sales ledger and deal with all queries, reconciliations and allocations; assisting with month end reporting.

Successful candidates must have sales and purchase ledger experience ideally from high volume environments. It is also important to be able to demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and the ability to implement change and improve processes when applicable.
