If you are currently in a Recruitment role but want a move away from sales, or are an experienced resourcer looking for more responsibility this could be the ideal role for you.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the client relationship, delivery of resourcing requirements and service delivery management for all their recruitment needs.

The post holder is expected to deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators, monitor service delivery and manage Resource Personnel working on the account.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in TECHNICAL/ENGINEERING recruitment or resourcing alongside excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and client influencing skills.
