You will be responsible for providing support to engineers, business partners and field managers in order to assist with resolving issues relating to product installation and service calls issues.

To be considered you will be a customer service professional with a high level of enthusiasm, dedication and problem solving skills.

Full training offered.

This is a full time role where you will be expected to work 40 hours per week within a 7 day a week rotating roster. Hours are 8am to 9pm (Mon – Sat) and 9am to 9pm (Sun).
