The successful candidate will be responsible for:


Accountability to the restaurant manager for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Leading a team of staff with their supervision, training, motivation, development and labour scheduling.

Ensuring that the customer receives a high quality of service.

Effectively and efficiently deal with customer complaints

The control and monitoring of all food stock, ensuring minimum wastage

Money taken, and ensure that it is correctly accounted for and any financial discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
