We’re looking for someone to share a house with 3 other people.

The house is within a 5 minute walk to town/university/seafront/train station. The room has a bed, wardrobe, corner desk, and plenty of shelving. You will also have your own bathroom (not en-suite but a few steps away).

The kitchen & washing machine are shared with 2 other housemates, but you will have a small fridge to yourself and cupboard/freezer space. You also have access to the garden at the rear of the house.

All bills (i.e., gas/electricity/water/council tax) and wireless broadband are included in the rent.

£400 pcm, available immediately.
