DAILY TASKS WILL INVOLVE:

Dealing with rent arrears
Phone enquiries
Using the rent recommendation system
Attending court (if required)
Handling neighbour disputes
Letter writing
Attending meetings

TIME WILL ROUGHLY BE DISTRIBUTED
30% Rent arrears
30% Anti-social behaviour
20% Checking grounds maintenance and communal cleaning
20% Paperwork

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in rent arrears
Letter writing skills
MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND DRIVING LICENCE


IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Dealing with noise nuisance and neighbour nuisance
Estates management experience
Experience dealing with tenancy related issues
Experience working in a small team
CRB Checked
