The Role - Management Training Scheme

Upon commencement of the Management Training Scheme (due to start towards the end of November) you will embark on an intensive training program where you will develop a deep understanding of their products and services and also the ins and outs of the company. For the first six months you will be on site shadowing a Profit Centre Line / Manager; qualifying leads and generating appointments, with the aim to move in to a fully fledged sales role in month seven. There is considerable scope for career progression with many moving into a managerial position within 3 - 4 years. At this stage you will have benefited from extensive training from the Management Training Scheme and you will be essentially running your own business!

- Educated up to university degree level or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence

- Naturally set goals and objectives for yourself to work towards

No experience is necessary for this role as full bespoke training covering all aspects of the sales process will be provided.
