She is a very small cat and could quite easily be mistaken for an older kitten. She is a very unusual coloured cat she is a blue tortie so instead of being the normal black white and tan she is gray white and sort of a sandy colour. She was wearing a red collar which had a bird bleeper on it although this is not working at the moment. It also has a red tag on it with a number to contact if she is found. She does have a very nosey nature and could possibly have gone into someones shed or garage to have a look.
