Looking for a friendly person/lodger, male or female, single occupancy only. The house has 3 bedrooms. I'm in one bedroom and already have one lodger so looking for another lodger for the other bedroom. It is a double size room with a single bed, built in wardrobe, freesat and television and other furniture. Shared bathroom with shower and bath and shared kitchen with own fridge space, cupboards etc. Centrally heated and double glazed. Close to all amenities including 10 minute walk to seafront. All bills included apart from telephone. Access to internet at small extra cost monthly if required.
