Fantastic opportunity for young enthusiastic commis chef to work in high end conference centre producing 2 rosette standard food.

The centre is set within 2 acres of landscaped gardens and is the destination for many blue chip companies’ board meetings. The kitchen team aim to produce 2 rosette standard food, the head chef has received three rosettes in previous jobs. Serving up to 100 people per day, the kitchen is the perfect environment for someone to develop their training and learning to the highest level.

You will be passionate about food and have already shown the skills required in a kitchen. It would be preferred if you had rosette experience, but this is not essential. You must have a willingness to learn and be prepare to be molded by the chefs, but also have ideas and suggestions to help improve the food offer.

I return the role offers free live in accommodation, and a competitive salary of £13k per year. It is a seven day operation but you are likely to get Christmas and New Year off. The head chef wants to train his team and the environment is very pleasant and constructive for you to get the most from your career.
