My client is looking for an experienced Housing Administrator for an immediate start to work for a Housing Association in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This position is full time and the contract is temporary.

They are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a similar housing environment and have a keen interest in Social Housing.

Your main duties will be:

- Manage a varied workload and meet all objectives
- Deal with day to day issues and provide advice to customers
- Work closely with internal and external agencies to resolve issues and give a quality service to customers and colleagues
- Make others aware of customer issues
- Be aware of of health and safety matters and maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with the delivery of plans and projects
- Keep accurate records at all times
- Relate effectively with people at all levels
