150 bedroom hotel with substantial, modern food and beverage and conferencing facilities, are looking to recruit an operations manager to their team following the promotion of the current manager. Located in Hampshire with easy access from the M3.
Operations Manager Job Description
Joining a sizeable International branded group with excellent reputation in the UK, you will work closely with an excellent General Manager, focusing primarily on the Food and Beverage aspects of the hotel.
Responsible for ensuring the maximisation of sales and revenue and the quality of service and experience for the guest, whilst maintaining brand standards.
Operations Manager Required Experience
This senior management role is suited to a current deputy general manager or operations manager with background in branded hotels. Excellent understanding of the day to day management of a busy Food and Beverage department and outlets is essential. Personal skills must include: Ability to lead and motivate a team Positive and effective communicator
Training and development
Highly organised and able to multi task.
Strong financial acumen.
Understanding of Recruitment
Salary and Benefits
Salary in the region of 30-32000 plus superb bonus scheme and excellent benefits.
