We are seeking a Bar/Restaurant Manager on behalf of our client-a well established, independent restaurant based in Southsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some supervisory experience within the bar/restaurant industry who is ready to be fully responsible for the day to day running of the business. Aside from a highly competitive basic salary of £16,000-£17,000 a monthly bonus scheme will also operate.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervising a well established and cohesive team of 6 staff
• Organising staff rotas
• Cashing up at the end of each shift
• Sales & Marketing of the business
• Providing a first class service to all customers

We are seeking someone who will enjoy further developing the business-coming up with and implementing innovative ideas. Closing date is Friday 6th November.
