P T Inventory Clerk Required

We are a busy Southsea and North End Residential Letting Agency and require a Part Time Self Employed Inventory Clerk.

Duties will be visiting our clients homes prior to the start of a letting in order to carry out a very detailed listing of contents and condition. Meeting the new in going tenants to check them in, and out when the tenancy expires.

Ideally with some previous experience but more importantly a strong command of the English language, exceptional attention to detail and good report writing.

Although out on the road locally, the use of a home computer and printer in order to write and produce the reports with digital imagery. A car is also essential in order to get to the properties.

Hours of work are flexible but can sometimes require a Saturday attendance.

Varied pay depending on amount of inventories completed.
