I consider myself to be a normal grounded quite genuine guy, i love to listen but like to chat, i have my quiet moments but on the flip side i can be more than a boisterous handful when i want to be.

I love my life, my family, my friends and my job, i enjoy the outdoors, i like to climb, i cycle, i train at martial arts 3 times a week and have a reasonable social life.

I dont drink too heavily, really aiming to stop smoking totally, and trying to live a fuller and happier life, i would love to meet the one, but am not so deluded to think i may find her in here, however am always up for making new friends and new experiences, so if you think we may hit it off then give me a shout back.
