I am interested in either renting 2 additional desks to freelancers for £200 per month each or to share with one other business (if that’s what you would prefer) for £350 per month. That will still leave more than ample room in the office and I will take on the responsibility of the lease and maintenance so there is no long term commitment on your part. The office will be available in the first part of November.
