A beautiful Country House Hotel is looking for an Interim Assistant F.B Manager to cover long term sickness in their busy hotel team, assisting the restaurant manager in the day to day operation of all meetings and a variety of special events at the hotel . Interim Assistant F.BManager Job Description Lovely Country house hotel well suited to the special events market and popular for anniversaries, weddings and birthdays. A hands on role, very much the face of the department, and leading the small team from the front, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the banqueting and private dining rooms. The role is both the sales and operations side, from the show rounds at initial interest through to the organisation and operation on the day. Hosting and guest interaction is a key part of the role. Required Experience This Asst f.b manager role is suited to a current conference and banqueting supervisor or team leader, who has worked in luxury hotels, preferably with rosette experience. Previous banqueting and wedding experience is essential. You must be confident with good communication skills and both operational and administrative abilities.
