I am looking for a 1/2 bedroom Flat or House to rent in the Portsmouth or Southsea Area. Am prepared to pay up to £475 for the right place.

I would like the property to be part-furnished to include all white goods and a double bed, Double Glazing & Gas Central Heating and would prefer an Outside Space, garden or balcony. Parking would be great too, dont mind if its on the road...

I would keep the place clean, and tidy and would always pay my rent on time and in full as I am myself a landlord, so understand the importance of a reliable and trustworthy Tenant.

I am not interested in so called, out of the area landlords who want me to jump through hoops just to view. Am only interested in landlors who have a property for me to view ASAP, and move into. IE NO SCAMMERS!

I am ready to move immediately....
