We are looking for a happy and easy-going lady to give us a hand with the juggling of children during term time! We have four sons and we are looking for someone to take care of the youngest two (3 and 18 months) and to collect our 4 year old from school (Solent). From January 2010, our 3 year old will be going to pre-school for three hours a day, so we really need someone who would be flexible about picking up and dropping off where possible.

This could be a live-in or out position. Please provide references.
