Customer Service Advisor

Working for a prestigious company in central Portsmouth you will be working alongside an international media company helping customers get connected to Broadband, TV and Phone packages. This role is 100% customer service (no sales).

Various shifts available, Average 40 hrs week (overtime available). Only Full Time hours available.

Great training and support right from the start, including the opportunity to gain NVQ in call handling/customer service, there is plenty to learn but all we ask is that you have used the internet in your personal life and are keen to learn the connection process.

The role will include:

• Updating customers on their orders
• Administration
• Call resolution – helping customers fix problems
• 3rd party interaction
• Complaint handling

If you have the following skills we would be very keen to see you:

• Previous Customer Service and Administration experience (3 months)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to take ownership
• Good general PC skills and at least 35wpm
