The house itself has a modern kitchen and bathroom and all of the communal rooms (including two reception rooms) have been re-plastered and decorated in the past couple of years.
There is a fair sized garden to the rear of the property which is really peaceful and great in the summer for barbeques etc. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, gas central heating, coal effect open fire in the living room, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fan-assisted electric oven and hob. You will be living with easy going and quiet professional people in their twenties and thirties. You will be responsible for one quarter of all of the domestic bills (when all rooms are let) as these are not included in the rent. The house is 5 minutes walk from Fratton train station and 5 minutes walk to Albert Road shops. There is a Co-Op shop about 200 yards from the house and major bus routes in to town/Southsea/Gunwharf about 50 yards away!
The current tenants are three easy going and quiet guys
