Reservations / Customer Service Advisor

Company Overview

Our client is a hotel company that is 20 years old and they were the first to pioneer the budget hotel sector in the UK . They now have over 340 hotels around the country and they are continually expanding.

We are currently looking for dedicated staff to work on in their reservations department which will deal with a variety of roles from giving directions to booking hotel rooms.

Project calling hours including shift patterns:

Full time: 40hrs per week, 7 day rotation. Calling window is 0700-2200 Mon- Sun

Part time: minimum 16hrs per week. Mon-Fri 17.00-22.00 and at least one fully rotational weekend shift 07.00-22.00
